- muddled lime shaken with vodka, 100% real pomegranate juice, lime juice, and fresh ginger. served up

- fresh lime and marion blackberry purée shaken with vodka. served on ice with seltzer
- The Original Sazerac Cocktail
- the quintessential New Orleans cocktail. Old Overholt rye whiskey shaken with Pernod, sugar, and Peychaud’s bitters, served straight up with a lemon twist

- a cocktail from boston in the late 1800’s of rye whiskey, pomegranate molasses and fresh juice, served up
- Monza
- vodka shaken with Lucent Jacob crème de cassis and fresh pink grapefruit juice. served up
- Old Fashioned
- whiskey with orange bitters, and muddled cherry, pineapple & orange. served over crushed ice with a splash of seltzer
- Echo Pimm’s Cup
- classic British cocktail. muddled cucumber shaken with Pimm’s Cup No.1, Seagram’s gin, lemon and lime juice, served over ice, and finished with ginger ale
- Super Mai Tai Jumbo Express
- Bacardi light and Mount Gay rums shaken with triple sec, orange & pineapple juices, grenadine, and orgeat. over ice with a dark rum float
- Red Sangria
- muddled orange, lemon, cherry, Applejack and cherry brandy shaken with red wine
- Hot Buttered Rum
- TK’s famous house made buttered rum mix with Gosling’s Black Seal Bermuda dark rum
- Singapore Sling
- cherry brandy and Seagram’s gin shaken with muddled lemon and sugar. served over ice with lemonade and seltzer
